What if You Only Had 90 Days? 90 days to lose weight. 90 days to find new employment. 90 days to live due to a terminal illness. What would you do?

Do people react differently when they are given a finite timeline that could not be changed?

There’s a 20% turnover in the workplace in the first 90 days according to www.gna.partners.com. Will this statistic carry over or be the same for these people if they truly only had 90 days to change their lives? Science says that it can take anywhere from 21 days to 254 days to change habits. The 21/90 Rule states that it can take anywhere from 21 days to build or break a habit plus 90 days to create a new lifestyle. When given these types of facts, will people really change their behavior?
